COLORADO CHILD HEALTH PSYCHOLOGY
Nice to Meet You!
I am a pediatric psychologist. I specialize in the intersection of mental health and physical health concerns in youth. I am passionate about working with teens, young adults, and their families. In my primary job, I see patients and conduct research at Children's Hospital Colorado, University of Colorado School of Medicine, and Colorado State University. I started this practice to expand my work and serve youth and their families in the community.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based principles, which are techniques that have been found to be effective in research studies. I am skills-focused, meaning I teach strategies that are meant to be practiced and utilized outside of therapy, in daily life - that's where the real, meaningful change happens!

Finally, I am committed to strong partnerships with youth and their families. While I am an expert in pediatric psychology, my clients are the experts in themselves, including their unique backgrounds and life experiences, values, and goals for psychology services.
